A strategic decision of my visit was arriving early at the farmland, around 9:30 AM. This was helpful in avoiding the bustling crowd that usually floods in later. From this, I can certainly suggest that if you are planning a visit, aim for a weekday or early mornings during weekends for a serene and relaxed experience.

However, one thing I would reconsider if I were to revisit would be my mode of transport. Rather than taking public transportation, I’d prefer a package tour. Taking an express bus to the terminal – located nearly 5 kilometers from the farmland – was straightforward, but the rest of the journey was a bit convoluted.

• My initial journey involved taking a Kakao Taxi after reaching the bus terminal as there was a long wait for the next bus. The taxi fare was somewhat reasonable, around 9000 KRW, but considering the wait time, taking a taxi seemed more convenient.

• During my return, I opted for the shuttle bus to get back to the bus terminal. However, I had to endure a considerable wait time again – about 1.5 hours – for my bus. Therefore, I would suggest booking a package tour to reach the Farmland in order to bypass these potential inconveniences.

Regarding the dining options, although there is a wide choice available – from restaurants to street-food carts and cafes spread all over the grounds, I personally did not find the cuisine much to my taste. Hence, I chose not to eat there. However, for food lovers, there’s an extensive assortment of dishes to savor and appreciate in the refreshing aura of Anseong Farmland.
